Maureen Lewis

Maureen Lewis has spent lots of energy and time on a successful career in the Canadian Federal Government, but has always been a passionate artist. In the past few years, she has embraced the practices of Traditional Glaze Oil Painting, and has become very quickly masterful. She has a fascination for the intricate and nuanced colours and designs presented by macro-viewing of flowers. She has a particular passion for peonies. Who doesn’t? They are fabulous - like Maureen’s energetic paintings. Maureen is a dedicated member of the CGOS, serving tirelessly as our Vice President, and has chaired the CCOS Members’ Art Show 2021.
